This is a commissioned project. Tsukino is one of many characters in Yakuza spin-off Judgment (Judge Eyes in Japan). She's involved in multiple side quests and also can be dated by the main character. Tsukino also appeared in the sequel, but the commissioner specifically asked for this version, which is slightly younger (around college age). I made a bonus item for Patrons that related to her and will only make sense if you play her side quests all the way :)
