I found something interesting about Fiorayne model. Seems the gameplay model is different than cinematic one like this one I shown in previous post:

You may notice that, other than looking smooth and not blocky her front bangs are quite long to the point obscuring her right brows completely. But gameplay model that is extracted and I'm using have shorter bangs showing more eyebrows and forehead area.

I don't know if cinematic model is extractable but since there are cutscenes that have player's customized character in it, I don't think those cutscenes are pre-rendered though. But anyway, the gameplay model is good enough, low-poly aside which I mentioned before I smoothed the hell out of it.

Now here's a thing that made me gave up on Minoto/Hino last time, the face's normal map is weird. Like it's messed up and I can't really understand why it looks that way. In the end I ended up not using it, and compensating the missing details by sculpting them to now high-poly face.
Basically I want to say that I'm trying my best to deliver the best version of Fiorayne for HS2 but since there are a lot of fixes and editing she may look a bit different than what you remember; because even in the original game she looks different sometimes. Just saying it out now to avoid Christie Monteiro situation last time.

Yakuza games especially newer one with Dragon Engine doesn't have separate model for cinematic and gameplay. The different lighting in cinematic can make same model looks drastically better.
