After last week's look at what happens when philosophers do physics but don't notice, on the coming weekend, we are looking at an old research area that has recently attracted renewed attention: Weather modification, in particular making rain by seeding clouds.
You may have read last month that the Chinese are heavily investing into cloud seeding. So on Saturday we'll look at the science behind that, how it works, and whether it works.
