Read the release post about modification I had to make so Lady here looks right. Well, at least to me. These realistic-style faces are always tricky in HS2. Anyway I highly recommend to change her body skin into a more detailed one to match the face, even if you don't use Next-Gen Shader. This is already heavy mod, her hair alone is over 60k vertices but then again there's no point of going down so put more details as you like. I also include her glasses as accessory.
