I don’t listen to them regularly but can’t deny their songs are catchy as hell. I recently watched a documentary about them. I think it was on HBO. One thing that really hit me was when the guitarist said “no one starts a rock band to be the most hated band in the world.” That hate really affected some of the band members. I feel like some people hate them the same way they hate Taylor swift, for no fucking reason other than everyone hates them and I should too. The fact that they still have the same line up other than a drummer is also impressive.
