Sorry it's giving you trouble! I unfortunately can't send invites manually because of how the Discord/Patreon integration works, it has to be automatic. Have you tried disconnecting your DIscord account from Patreon, then reconnecting? And do you happen to be on iOS? Because afaik Discord on iOS by default doesn't allow joining 18+ servers and requires you changing a setting somewhere to enable it. If you continue having trouble, please shoot me a DM.
