Update for upcoming issue 3

Computer issues are finally being smoothed out, so once Easter and the last vestiges of income tax season have passed, the next issue is expected to be released in mid-to-late April. Included will be, along with the regular columns, the latest in Amiga news and a harrowing tale of the online ordering of vintage hardware!
