Lofthouse Holiday Cookies

The recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law (Caroline Williams) who just so happens to be a pastry chef and these cookies rank among the best things I've ever cooked. It's been a... well a weird year for a lot people I think. This is my second year in a row with a big job change and a move. I have more going on and more to keep track than any other time in my life and I find myself exhausted more often than not. Thank you for sticking with me and thank you so much for your support. There have been times this year where I could not have done without it and I appreciate it so much. Thank you and have a Happy New Year.
