"Divine Interception" Short + Bonus Material

Where... do I begin. So I did this whole project out of order, and this beginning part overtook January through March of this year. I was working on Pikmin Bits Sub Story and school work alongside this too, but this was a hefty bit of focus for me, esp as some shots would change or be added or removed. This is the start of this months-spanning project, and I don't really know if tyPING AS usual would be enough to express the feeling of putting the start of it someplace.

As for the Mega folder itself, I'm gonna be adding more of the OG files to it, as the entire project is in one folder, so I'll have to single out the ones that pertain to this part. That may be a bit before it's fully stored, but the essentials like the MP4 and original FLA are there now.

There's alot to talk ab in terms of details, and I'll have to sift through the channels of the Patreon Discord server. I might not have it all here immediately, but I'll incrementally add more as the days pass.

The top window contains Opple the Clown, who was a character I made up around 2022 who was a party clown who has to take a hell load of medications in order to stop strangling the birthday kids. He would vomit some meds out and save them for later. It came to me after I ate a whole bag of candy corn without realizing I had the whole thing and then felt sluggy.

The left window is getting a pistol shoved up in him, and the right side is Mario getting thrown towards the window. The face is from a time I stretched Mario's face in the Super Mario 64 title screen. I made the face in Sep 5 2021, and drew it that day.

The advert on the window behind the umbrella says "PINGAS FRAPPUCHINO", with Robotnik's mustache creeping from the cup.

The guy on the motorcycle was based on a previous co-worker who threatened to punch me, so I thought it'd be neat to see him get torn apart first. The other guy who appears behind the window selling POO was designed around the literal letters P O O. Character designing expert! You might also notice how similar that lady of the night and the lost kid look...

We have another window advert, this time for The Dick the Chicken Cat-Humping hour! I actually had a character I made up back in 2017 called Dick the Chicken, and he would find cats, note "It looks like THIS cat's suffering from a lack of Vitamin ME", proceeds to hump the shit outta it, then stuff the cat up his rectum for future use. I had this plush of Foghorn Leghorn, and I'd make it hump my cats, so I named him Dick the Chicken. I was also playing DK64 at the time, so I'd try to imitate the sound DK makes when he rolls forward as he's doin it. I no longer have the plush from this time, but I do know it was the 2002 one from Nanco.

I actually had a jam animation made of this back in 2022. I still have the OG files, though I never fully finished it. All I had left to do was animate Dick's neck retracting back down from the sun, and then he stores the cat back in his rectum. and continues his Sunday stroll. He makes the sound of an Opera woman singing when he reaches completion.

Dick the Chicken is a cultural phenomenon in the Vi the Imp world, everybody watches each new episode and attends Dick Con where they bring their own cats.

Also Keaton from Keaton's Cryptid Safari is in the building as well, sneakin' about. They're in the same universe.

The Switch that the guy on the left was playing has a burning Pikmin in it after he gets struck by the Imp.

The YouTuber dude gets torn from the hip, and "SUB PLS" is left as "BS". It was also at this shot the sky was changed to give Reaper more of a presence. His chair platform was influenced by how Pokemon Trainer in the Smash games gets his own levitating platform where appropriate.

I was thinking of Mario 64 when I drew this one. Maybe I'll edit that together in the future. Real apple o' my eye.

This pose of Reaper was pretty much lifted from this Robotnik pose in "Spaceman Sonic", since Robotnik has a pretty big influence to how Reaper's character is.

I'll see to it that more production notes be added later, I gotta get back to drawin'!
