Messing Instructions: close your eyes and mess yourself

I know many (but not all) of you are interested in messing so this is for you. This week you are going to practice messing yourself. In case you have forgotten, you are not totally potty trained and even your bowels can make mistakes. So follow these instructions:
Make sure to eat fruits and vegetables to get a lot of fiber. This week when you have the urge to go #2, instead of using the potty you are going to turn on a video or movie to distract yourself. As you watch it, let the urge grow. In the back of your mind you will know what is coming. What's coming is an accident in the back of your pants. Let your mind believe this as you distract yourself with the video. When you feel the urge is getting stronger and like you really need to go potty, stand up and simply let go. Close your eyes, and don't think too hard. If you find it hard, give it a little push. Do what you need to do and don't think too much. Just go. Your body needs it. Feel how you mess your pants. Then open your eyes and look around and let yourself take in what just happened. Feel the sensations in your body, the emotions in your mind, and the heaviness in your pants! Then go get cleaned up :)

2025-03-18 21:49:52 +0000 UTCanother thing is a lot of people get anxious of messing cuz it can be stinky. one suggest from a farm girl is if you don’t like the stinky then get some vick’s vapo rub. it smells like peppermint and eucalyptus and menthol. put a tiny bit on your upper lip and you won’t smell anything stinky when you blow out your diaper or pants and even when you clean up. once you’re not distracted by the stinky, you’ll quickly realize messing yourself is what you’re meant to do, supposed to do, and it’s your proper place!

2025-03-12 19:23:45 +0000 UTCmessing gets gradually easier the more you do it at first, it can feel very stressful and full of anxiety. this is because it is a bell you can’t un-ring. once you mess yourself that first time, you have done it. there’s no way to say “oh wait i didn’t mean to” — you did it, you blew out your pants or leggings or whatever … and messed yourself. it can’t be undone; you’re a messer. Accepting that is important. As you clean up, you will slowly figure out this is how it is: it doesn’t matter if you’re anxious or calm — you’re still a messer. And then, slowly, it will get easier. The next time you do it you likely won’t be so anxious. Then the next time even less. Then will come the day when you mess without thinking much on it. For me, that day came while playing with Barbies. Had to poop, felt that sudden “gotta poop” feeling and just knelt there moaning a little (cuz pooping feels good for me) and then played with my Barbie’s more. then realized what had happened — messed myself without thinking, just my A to B brain went “you gotta poop, so poop” my eyes scrunch up when pooping but they don’t close unless it is BIG and feels REALLY GOOD. Then they close. Mostly it’s verbal for me, lots of noise when pooping depending on how intense, a lot of babble like my brain wires are crossed “Hauhhhh auhhhhhh mmmph aaabaaabaaaabaaaaaa!” Baby babble is my natural response when messing. If you have all the clean up prepped and ready — wipes, powder, diapers or training plastic pants or whatever or even just fresh underpants if you like messing without a diaper … then it makes the clean up fun and easy and once you’re safe and clean and snug it is the best feeling knowing you’re doing what you’re supposed to do.
