While I’m working on Willow Creek I am also creating a save file for San Myshuno and decided to share some of the apartments with you guys. Plus, I know alot of you have been asking for some furnished builds!
This is the studio apartment that’s located in the Fashion District in San Myshuno. You can place it on a regular lot if you would like or attach it to another build since it is classified as a room.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN LOOKING FOR APARTMENT RENOVATIONS IN THE GALLERY THEY WILL BE UNDER THE ROOMS CATEGORY IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THEM.
Once you place it on the lot make sure that you enable bb.moveobjects on and replace the walls and wallpaper back where they were deleted ( I had to upload it that way to upload it to the gallery)
