Chapter 14 Ten years had passed

Jaune was now feeling good. Even though he couldn’t sell anything in his store. but his income went up little by little steadily.

Qrow had become a maniac. He would hunt every grimm near Vale. There’s even a rumor if you heard a crow cawing. That’s when the Grimm would meet its end.

Jaune checked his balance and he had to admit. giving Qrow the privilege card was the right decision.

Yang spoke first.

Yang told him everything about what happened to his club when she tried to find information about her mother.

Hearing Jaune said that. Yang felt anxious. Had she just sold herself out? Maybe he might throw her out of his house with his sister.

Yang was about to say something but Jaune was faster.

“Hehe, you think I am going to throw you and your sister out because I am afraid of some Mafia boss. Heh, I fought the bigger league and won. Their might can’t be compared to the horde of grimm and terrorists. Just some big boss couldn’t hope to scare me.”

Jaune had changed after he died and gained the bloodline of the dragon. He wasn’t afraid of anyone or scared of the challenge. He will become the hero that he wanted to be.

Pyrrha smiled when she heard him. She was very proud of him.

Blake just sat there and read her book as usual but her ears twitched a little. It told everyone that she was listening and felt happy.

Yang felt relieved. She thought that Jaune was going to cut her off to avoid a problem. It looks like she thought too much.

“Jaune would never do something like that, Yang. He is too kind for that!”

Ruby added. As the time went by she knew Jaune much better and she started to have a heavy crush on Jaune. Not like a silly crush but a very hard crush damn it!

She was jealous of Blake and Pyrrha but she didn’t know what to do. She could only sigh and let it be natural she still needed to be older to do something like that.

And as everyone spoke about Junior.

Ifalna came out of a metallic door that materialized out of thin air. Her face was distorted in pain and she even cried tears of sadness.

Jaune who saw her in a state like that couldn’t help but move to her quickly

“What happened?! Are you okay Ifalna!”

Jaune wanted to go with her to her world, but she refused. She told him that it might be dangerous for him, so she wanted to check it out first. To make sure that the planet would not reject the outsider.

But what she found was too much for her to handle.

“Everything has changed. More than ten years have passed in my world. What should I do Jaune…”

She hugged him and cried. She felt helpless. She thought that she could reunite with her baby but ten years had passed.

The world was raging with wars.

Shinra and Wutai were at each other's throats for a very long time.

Shinra was now using the experimental soldiers for war. They injected them with Mako.

Mako is the liquid form of the planet's lifestream. It is the world's primary energy source except for Wutai and rural areas who refused to use them because it was destroying the world.

Mako can crystallize into crystals known as materia and condense into stones that have magical properties.

Now there was a lot of materia in a young man's hand. He looked at them curiously.

“So this is materia… The crystallized form of the planet’s life steam?”

The young man was Jaune. Now he went to Ifalna’s world with his team in order to help her reunite with her baby girl.

Yes, His team. They thought it would be a good idea to form a team of six people.

There's everyone except Ren and Nora who have to look out for his store.

Ifalna became a guide and led them in this world. They cross to this world using the metallic door.

It was random. so they didn’t know where they were right now. Fortunately they have Ifalna who could communicate with the planet. All she needed to do was lead them to where people gather the most.

During their journey to a certain place, they were faced with many monsters.

“What’s that”

It was a wolf monster. They looked like Beowolves but much stronger and smarter.

They tried to attack them in a group but.

“Hah!”

It useless.

Jaune went to them fast with his spear and breathing technique, he went against them quickly.

“Wait for us Jaune! Don’t kill all of them, we need some copper coins too!”

Ruby jumped ahead and followed Jaune lead. She swung her scythe around expertly. Killing wolf monsters easily and getting some copper coins on her credit card!

Right now the monsters weren’t that strong so just a single hit of her crescent rose was enough to kill them.

Pyrrha, Yang and Blake follow the two; they too could kill wolf monsters easily. They were much stronger than before thanks to Jaune’s store.

They were now drinking many Exp potions to improve themselves.

Ifalna couldn’t be underestimated either. Even though she wasn’t a fighter, she could use magic to buff the ally and debuff the monsters. making the fight much easier and smoother.

“Regen, Barrier, Shield, Reflect, Haste, Slow, Sleep, Stop!”

She used every buff and debuff she knew in order to help JPRWBY.

And after she cast her magic.

Jaune did something that made everyone stop and look at him.

Seeing Ruby was about to wipe out the pack of the wolf monsters with her speed semblance. Jaune couldn’t help but have to use the new breathing technique he just learnt in order to compete with her speed.

“Oh! Jaune is serious now!”

Pyrrha cheered for her boyfriend. She looked at him with a smile. He was really stronger than anyone she had ever met. She really picked up gold!

Ruby pouted at Jaune who was now using a new technique. She knew she would never beat him after she saw what he was capable of.

Jaune slash and thrust his spear towards any wolf monsters that were in his path. He left a trail of bluish light behind him. Every wolf monster was either split in half or got their head pierced.

With a single second. Jaune killed more than ten wolf monsters!

“You’re cheating! That’s not fair!”

Ruby crossed her arm and pouted even further. She would have almost won if it was not for his ridiculous martial arts!

“Don’t pout because it made you cuter than before, Here this is your consolation prize!”

Jaune gave her cookies from Shokugeki no Soma’s world.

When she saw the cookie, all her displeasure was gone immediately. She even kissed Jaune’s cheek out of excitement.

Pyrrha and Blake froze at that, they sighed and didn’t say anything about Ruby's obvious crush on Jaune.

The two looked at Yang too. She was now looking at both Ruby and Jaune silently. This one two will be added to Jaune harem if this was going on.

And as they were thinking about them. Ifalna approached Jaune with a smile and helped wipe blood off of his face.

She was like a mother taking care of her child. but if they watch closely. She was too close to Jaune.
