Very old Ooblets gifs/images collection (high data warning)
Added 2020-07-06 18:17:58 +0000 UTCWe were digging through our archives and found a bunch of stuff from very early on in development and wanted to share them with you all as we get so close to our release.
Starting with the gif of a lil art test that got way more likes on twitter than we'd ever gotten before (probably like 50 hehe) which convinced us to actually go forward with making the game:
For those of you who don't remember or didn't know, the game used to be called Moblets! We changed it because someone else had a semi-expired trademark we didn't want to deal with in case it became an issue. As much as we were fond of Moblets, I think Ooblets is a bit better anyway.

Love this "HURT" option and then petula merrily walks over and throws sand at a shrumbo staring off into space (from before we implemented dance battles)
I kinda miss this concept of ooblet herds that we ended up removing. It was good visually but didn't make sense with our gameplay :'(
So thankful to have your support over these years!
