As she took a step onto a weak plank, she felt it give way under her weight. In that moment, Lila fell hard on her legs to the basement, shattering both her legs in an instant. Her right leg bore the brunt of her fall, twisting awkwardly as her body tumbled down with a sickening thud. Her left leg followed suit soon after, bearing the weight of her upper body as she crumpled to the ground. The pain was so intense that it made her eyes water and brought tears streaming down her cheeks.
The impact was brutal enough to shake the entire factory, echoing through its abandoned halls with a bone-chilling resonance. Lila lay there, stunned by the pain and shock, realizing too late that both her legs were broken. She shouted but there were no response. As she tried to move, a wave of nausea washed over her, and black spots danced at the edges of her vision. It was clear then that she would need help – but with no one around in this forsaken place.
It was the next day until the security guards found her and rushed her to the hospital.
She came back today with her broken legs just to see what if she came in the day time and everything was clearly seen.
