Catching the bus

A lovely young lady running down the street just to catch a bus.
Upon closer inspection, you see that she is not just raising her arms, she is in 2 LATS. What a treat you thought to yourself.
And she is on heels too!
You wonder if she might just trip and broke something else.
Sometimes, one has to wonder how ladies could be running with their heels on. Aren't they worried that they might fall and break their necks?
