Tida. (跌打or 鐵打) as they called it a traditional Chinese bone setter, is someone that Chinese from Hong Kong mostly go to if they get a sprain or bruise.
I have to admit, I have been to my share of bone setters because of various sports injuries. The process is really painful but the relief do come right after the hot medicine is placed. Usually the swelling comes down really quickly and the joint gets back to its normal range of motion.
Should you ever get a chance (I do hope not) to get injured in Hong Kong, look me up and I will take you to one of the bone setters and they will fix you right up really quickly.
