I thought the episode was fine, it's not always easy to play things out nicely when your put on the spot. I thought the ending was pretty funny and I don't think you need to do another time skip or anything. Look forward to next ep!

I think there needs to be better risk assesment as a group before doing things. granted, it's not like you have a lot of time to figure all that out as a cart is about to leave your sight. i feel like everyone played off of each other's sillyness a little too much starting from the blood pool incident. randomly giving every piece of info away to the bandits seemed a bit silly. you basically gave them the info(even if they dont know yet) that grau is a druid, where you live, your names etc. Then after robbing a cart and letting those nobles live would just lead to everyone being outlaws, and easily identifiable in any city they go to. Not to mention that it felt like they forgot they had companions that were watching them the whole time. Both of those encounters felt like like at least a 9/10 on the 'risky' scale.
It was still very enjoyable and extremely funny to watch, but these events would probably lead to a tpk/campaign ending event in the near future. which i dont want!
Also i totally dont blame koibu. i think he did a good job at mediating after and it doesn't make sense to blame or be mad at him when you yourself chose to take the actions to kill the people. like you said you were understandably mad with everything going on, but you guys led yourself to that point together and chose yourself to take those actions; it can't just be assumed that someone will stop you.
That being said, I'm sure there's a good argument to kill everyone. they already all saw your faces + they're nobles. It'd be expected there'd be a big bounty on all of you, possibly leading to a campaign ending scenario.
