Flimpo Friday Update (5-9-2025)

Exciting news- the design bible is finished!!! Or at the very least finished enough- almost all the designs have full color, with only a few location designs being line only. This means we can make background layouts properly when we start animating (which will also be very soon). We've just exported the new soft-locked animatic and are about to send it to our cast and crew. Then we'll record some quick retakes, and the composers can finally let loose on making the soundtrack. It's clocking in at 21 minutes and 40 seconds, just shy of the 22 minute broadcast standard- perfect!
Some less exciting news- unfortunately we've decided to phase out the Flimpo Freestyles. They took some time and effort away from Mandelbrot Hall- and even though many of you loved to see them, it didn't really catch on with the majority of our audience. Don't worry though, we're cooking up something else instead- and you all will be the first to see it!
