Happy Flimpo Friday everyone! Here's what we've been up to:
We have locked the script for the Mandelbrot Hall pilot (at long last!). That means it's time to record with our voice actors. We'll start things off with a table read next Friday, where all the actors will get a chance to read through the script and get to know each other.
Over the course of March we'll then do one-on-one recording sessions with our voice actors, finish storyboarding the entire episode, and finalize location designs and visual development. Surveys from our Backerkit also close on March 1st, which means we'll be able to begin fulfilling orders.
We spent a good chunk of time this week working on budget and strategy along with our producer Evan. It'll be a packed year, but we're optimistic.
In other news, we've started making some small, silly animations for our social media. We figured it would be good to have some time dedicated to non-Mandelbrot Hall work, to keep us refreshed and ready to power through our main job. Patrons get to see these animations early; expect the first one next week.
