Update Info v0.2.9 | "Cleaning"

I'm also doing some code cleaning, or refactoring to say so. At least to a degree that does not break saves but will allow me to push out stand alone updates starting with version 0.2.10.
So 0.2.9 will contain the required setup to offer small downloads in the future that you can just add to your last full game download. This way you can play every update without the need to download the full game every single time.
