2024-01-23 09:53:13 +0000 UTCThe encounter with Red (which non-patrons got today) is still fresh in his mind, where Red called him out for *not actually making any choices*, just going along with what Gristle or Singer told him, eating the meat without suspecting poison. And he's still doing it - he knows he must either kill the pups or protect them (since doing neither would be betraying EVERYONE), and once again he's waiting for something else to happen or someone else to direct him, and now that he sees his cowardice for what it is, it scares him.
