Rask just got here...Egg's been here for who knows how long AND is responsible for getting them raw material to make the metal they so desperately need... metal that Rask used to seize a slightly upperhand on Yarrow pages back... that without it would have most likely failed... especially with yarrows clear combat superiority.

Remember also that Oren was the one to stop further revenge of preys on Egg. I don't know how exactly it looked: if Oren stopped preys from beating Egg, but allowed for teeth removing (reluctantly and not without any discussion of this idea, i believe) or did preys/Hemlock already did that during their doing and then Oren stopped that, when he couldn't watch anymore. But Oren and Sprigg regretted that later, for sure. Mentioning something like that to Oren would hurt him much.

2021-03-02 21:33:25 +0000 UTCGood to see that while Rask is really invested in Oren's project he still won't turn into a total doormat over it and we'll stand up when need be. It's good to see authors than understand that tolerance and open mindedness aren't synonymous of spinelessness.

2021-03-01 23:04:50 +0000 UTCWhat a champ! I can understand it being a bit of a sudden shock to those inside, but it's probably better to introduce Rask /and/ Egg together as a duo instead of continuously adding new predator-species individuals. Way to go Rask <3
