Somehow thats bad news, but when you think you can do it without another founding page thats good too I think. I don't like Patreon's policies in case of erotic content and that they basically want to turn everything into vanilla sex stuff and ban all the interesting games like yours. This first time I've heard of this happening on this platform. Patreon is not allowed to get involved with the creators. They do not own your project. You need to check with someone from Patreon, because the way it sounds like its either inside job or someone pretending to be member. The person sounds way too much of a fan of your game.

From one large adult-oriented Patreon project to another, I hear you, and I'm sad to see it has come to this. I'm very glad to hear you have banked enough from crowdfunding to keep this going without the need to continue crowdfunding. Crowdfunding can be great, but I completely understand the added stress and loss of productivity when needing to regularly deliver something to backers. I also just moved to Unity 2021 and I would not have decided to do that if I wasn't already at the point of doing a major reset on my project. I had been meaning to look closer at your project for some time now, but I never got around to it because of the high demand of running my own project. I wish you the best of luck with MGI. I hope you can enjoy some freedom that will come from not being under the crowdfunding Patreon cloud, and I'll miss seeing you high on the adult games ranking on Graphtreon. :)

it's all good man, Patreon is becoming a sh*tshow anyway. And youve done plenty for your fans. I think it would be a good idea to make an update to your MGI on steam though, whether it be the just a big update based around what you already have or something else, is up to you. But anyway, we love your game, dont feel like we think its bad or something cuz we love your work in reality. If you ever feel burnout, dont take it so harshly on yourself at all, we like anything you do honestly. The game is probably one of the best hentai games out there, and honestly even one of the best games even if it wasnt a hentai game. It's clear a lot of thought and passion was put into it. So f*ck patreon and anyone who has a problem with it. What matters is what your fans and you think, and your fans support you. That's all you need to know. So dont feel bad about not being good enough or something, just relax and make things the way you want to, at your own pace. I think it would be far nicer seeing you happy and making the game out of passion than you burning yourself out. So just treat yourself nicely and always think of Monster Girl Island in a nice way, since lots of people see it as a great game. So just take it easy on yourself, we're happy to have supported you and have had you as a developer

from what I understand discord didn’t want to do their nsfw changes but Apple forced them to in order to stay in the app store, regardless, I wish you luck in getting things sorted out, changing platform is rarely simple
