星菜Hoshina is a botanist who casually applied for a space mission to search for exoplanets, never expecting to be selected. Surprised by the outcome, she shared the news with her boyfriend, but they ended up having a big argument. In a fit of anger, Hoshina decided to board the spaceship.
Throughout the year-long mission, several accidents occurred, and the crew members aboard the spaceship kept dying one by one. By the third year, the last remaining crew member, aside from Hoshina, also tragically died. Drifting alone in the vastness of space, Hoshina lost all sense of time. Just as she was sinking into despair, a human-shaped figure began floating toward her outside the space capsule...
