The final? Fae bug, after much agonizing over designs :) She might look weird, but she's doing a lot better now.

Due to the variety of donor species in the retrovirii that infected Faelyn her new form features a strange mixture of features from various Hercynian wildlife. Not a product of evolution or particularly considered design many of these anatomical components are only partially functional, but as a whole they produce a stable hybrid. From a medical perspective the procedure has been largely successful, as Fae's life is no longer in danger, and though she certainly looks strange, she's capable of unassisted living, or will be, given some time to adapt and relearn.
