Been working on this gobbi for a while, I am happy with how she came out. It’s easy to make a short green girl but when you wanna give a character a design that speaks to their background and personality, that takes a lot more thought.

I like the idea that she’s posing as a Shrine Maiden, to imitate a sort of grace, duty and peace that those girls exude. While also having gold band, earrings and a silk kimono top to separate her from the Shrine Maiden trope of purity.

Red and Pink contrast very nicely with Yellow-Green, while the dark hair frames her face and provides a little sense of imperfection with the stray strand and ahoge. The bun implies her hair is a bit longer than it looks, of course.

There isn’t enough Goblin girls with yellow Sclera. Moles as well.

Mune is posing as a shrine maiden for an abandoned shrine, after clearing out the Oni that lived there. After clearing up the mess and at least making it somewhat presentable, she now collects donations from the people that visit. A good hustle since she has the place to herself, free food and gold as long as she can keep threats at bay. She would be lying to say she hasn’t found some peace from having somewhere to sleep, a clean body, the beautiful surroundings of the shrine and people regarding her without prejudice of being a Goblin.

Oh and she wields a Fallen Oni’s Kanabo.
