Traditional Pokemon Doodles (November 7, 2018)
Added 2018-11-08 07:04:23 +0000 UTCI want to resketch this on better paper and watercolor it. It's Charizard if given Cubone's backstory. I forgot the wings.
Pikachu has always given me a lot of trouble. Getting the eyes right was always a nightmare. So I decided to redraw their head until I got it down. They only started really looking right after I began using that circle and cross to position the eyes. After 10 attempts, I'm proud of the result.
update:
Gonna go with Marowak for the Charizard and the cubone sketch will be Charmander. I'll do my best to redraw them on fitting paper and paint them. What I should do is redraw and repaint them several times, to take risks and make progress.
