Small Update, Big Impact: New Syncing Mechanism + Feature Drop!

Hey everyone!

This week’s extension update may look like just a small bump in version… but under the hood, it’s a total game-changer.

Here’s what’s new:

• You can now request video syncing directly from the video page. No more jumping through extra steps - just one click and boom, everything prefilled. You only have to confirm it or if you feel like it, write down the timestamps to the description field.
  This feature is only for paid members (in actual extension, not available with Script Master variant since you can not log there), but don't worry, free members can still submit the videos through https://the-joi-controller.com/queue/add

• A few bug fixes to keep things smooth and stable.

• And the biggest update: a completely reworked synchronization mechanism.

Now, this new syncing system might not be flashy on the surface, but it changes everything behind the scenes. I’ve rebuilt how data is handled - imagine something like how a ZIP archive compresses repetitive data. The extension can now define and reuse recurring elements, drastically reducing script size and improving performance.

The result?
→ Less load on my server and smaller data transfer resulting in faster load
→ Syncing more complex videos is now manageable and not pain in the ass
→ Much easier maintenance and updates on my end

Basically, this change lays the groundwork for a ton of new possibilities going forward. I’m super excited about it as I already have plans of what to do next, but I will not spoil much just yet.

Also, with this, I will be probably reworking some older videos, for example the Persona Gauntlet from JOIGang. This video is very complex and long and is actually not finished as it was so hard to do, but now it's possible with much more ease so I think the video deserves a bit of extra love.

That being said, I will no longer look for new videos myself, instead, please submit the videos you want as everyone has different taste of what they watch and many of you might not like the videos I choose to sync.
