Automated queue and ticket system

With this I also added some sort of ticketing system. Right now, everyone has 5 tickets, which means everyone can submit 5 videos of their choice. In the future the tickets will be fairly distributed across members where higher tiers will have more tickets than lower tiers.
I decided to give everyone a decent amount of tickets to pump up the queue a bit as there are no videos at all and I don't want to choose the videos all by myself as everyone have different taste of what they watch.
That's about it for the website, now the extension.
I added the seek amount to the confirmation icon that appears when you press arrow keys for clearer indication of how much was actually skipped. I also decided to put this configuration for paid members only as this is actually quite a banger feature that makes watching much smoother. I personally skip quite a lot throughout the video when the text stays on the screen for too long, but many times skipping by default 5 seconds is too much and then I can't read the next text so skipping by less seconds makes the watching much smoother for me.
And lastly, just a quick fix for the orange site (we can't really say it's name here as Patreon does not like it, but we all know what we are talking about 😏) I noticed that the video resolution actually worked only for the English version and not with translations like Czech, Deutsch, etc. so this is now fixed.
