It should work for desktop and mobile as well.
I strongly recommend using Firefox as I discovered, publishing the extension for Chrome and all it's variants will be very hard as Google doesn't accept adult related extensions. Even though it does not contain anything mature. The fact that it operates only on adult sites is enough to be banned.
So I have to find some workaround for that, though right now I don't see any easy way to install it for Chrome.
