Dare to be Dunked
Added 2023-07-27 00:01:01 +0000 UTCThe third winner from the July character poll is another two-for-one, bringing back the OCs I've occasionally tried (and so far failed) to start using here. Emily and Mara have gone through some character revisions amidst the few times I've posted them in the past - and they once again have experienced a few tweaks to their design here. The specific request this time around was to see Emily and Mara "suspended over a gunge tank on a bondage-themed game show"....and I took the idea and ran with it. You even get a bonus unnamed, cute, athletic game show host in the mix!
This page was the first time I've felt like E&M were starting to really click with me as characters, and I do think I would like to try to work them in some more--so feel free to let me know in the comments (and even in monthly polls!) if you want to see more of them.

It proved to be a fun setting to put them in, and a good way to actually build their world and their character a little bit, which I hadn’t really done in any previously attempted incarnations. Hopefully they get a solid enough reception to warrant more exploration. Glad you enjoyed how this one turned out.

The plausible setting, with its extravagant dose of the kind of thing we’d all like to see, is a delight. The bondage-happy host, cheery yet slightly scary green goo, and E and M’s adorably casual response to their predicament, make a very welcome return to the E&Mverse.
