Tying her to a brunch like that is wonderfully unique as a base for the picture, and the squirrels are such an adorable addition. Meanwhile, the ropework is nice and elaborate, and the arm bondage is a wonder touch, giving her a squirrel like pose with her hands. The best element has to be that pump gag. Seeing in hang from her mouth like that is a brilliant, imaginative use of gravity. Great detail for a sexy picture!
