Latest and Upcoming Videos

Wow I just didn't post this one.

I've been neglecting this Patreon a bit, and I apologize. I'm being very in-character and trying to do a lot of things at once, and if it all works, it'll pay off by the start of fall and then ease up a bit.

This video did NUMBERS compared to normal, and I might have been involved in convincing Neil to leave the show? The world may never know, but I choose to believe it's true. It's the highest performing video I've released in a year, with 275k views and counting! It even beat out the last Civ sketch, which I never expected to happen with one of these essays.

Right now, I'm putting together another much lighter essay just to get something up again, since it's been a month, and then I'm back at the anniversary special work. I'm honestly not sure what form it will take yet, because I've been playing with episodic, sketch-length uploads and one long mini-movie of sorts, and part of it is dictated by how long it takes to put together and how much time I have left. I'm thinking I'm being maybe a little too stubborn about getting it exactly how I want. I'm definitely a perfectionist and have to regularly remind myself that it's better for something to exist imperfectly than never exist cause I insisted on perfection.

For now, here's some sneak peek screenshots of the opening few minutes / first episode. I'm trying a whole Davinci Resolve and Blender workflow for this one, and figuring out how to make that run quickly has been its own task, and I'm still at the "will it take longer to make this job go faster" stage. But damn it, it would be so cool if I can just get it all to flow easy, because then I can craft any set I want.
