This picture was made when i discovered that the stable diffusion photoshop extension is doing a great job of rendering already premade works. This post has a big image with a breakdown of this process.
I like drawing poses and ideas a lot, but i hate manual rendering, it's a tedious process that makes me hate my final results a lot. But doing it this way saves time and actually very pleasing.
Myself i don't see many problems with this method, it feels like using cool filters more than anything else. For now, I'm going to make more experiments, i have a lot of ideas in mind, but I'll post them only on my Patreon for now, i think a lot of people on Twitter will find this questionable. x)

Thank you!!! 💙 But it so contrasted cuz it's a result before filtering/rendering. I usually tone down my works a lot by myself too, so it's a deliberate choice :D It's mostly to smooth out edges, which ai doing amazingly, but picture loosing in sharpness a lot. Good for paintings, but awful for works with sharp lineart/flat colours and etc. xP

2023-03-20 18:48:14 +0000 UTCIt's neat to see the subtle style variations in the Ai images. I feel like your original sketch had a higher contrast though which emphasized the aquatic sharkie skin texture. Lovely image tho nonetheless o/
