October 2025 Status Report

Due to the Melody+Cadence fight having a lot of dialogue from there being two of them, and some sick days this month, the update should be ready in 1-2 more weeks, depending on how much content they end up getting and possible incidents.

Otherwise, the early part of the month was spent on setting up the Shizu CG art, as was reported in the art teaser, with even a few extra additions after I thought I was done. She now even has an anal variant thanks to Jiffic. 

Additionally, Vivian's room now has a proper background instead of the janky stand-in one, by a new artist who will be revealed when the update comes out.

Val's gotten more player victory scenes done this month, which I've gone over for editing. I think people will really enjoy them, but just so people don't get crazy expectations, there's 5 of them in total so far.

Otherwise, aside from the assorted bugfixing, editing, and artist contacting, my focus for most of the month has been on the aforementioned Melody+Cadence fight, which is progressing smoothly. However, while they almost entirely share the same skills, they both have their own dialogue, given they're separate people, which added quite a bit of extra work to the fight... but they're also thankfully not as much of a complex mess as the oni twins fight, so there's that. While the battle is nearing completion, there's still a few more things I want to add to it. They also need at least one loss scene, and the fight will also need testing to make sure it all works properly, hence the extra week or two in total.

I think all the effort has been worth it, though, to make them a very standout encounter given their duo dynamic and the specific fetish they target.

Then, once v27.2 is out and bugfixing for it is handled, I'll get started on v27.3, which will likely be aimed at further preparing for the Aphrodesia District stamp acquisition event.
