Today we're going to take a look at a Quadra 700, Apple's first Mac minitower and an absolutely iconic machine which, for some reason, makes me think of dinosaurs...
We're also going to max out this machine with a really incredible purple upgrade with an interesting story, and talk about some big plans I have for this machine.

How curious, the chip in the corner of the case seems common in these designs. I call it the Aurora bite, as it's very common on the Aurora chassis used by the SS5/20 workstations. I wonder what causes it? Taking the lead off unevenly would be my guess. Do you plan to try and repair yours?

(But “spared no expense” would explain current Quadra 700 pricing… just saying.)
