Fun fact: I used to pretend I could talk to birds as a kid. I remember spending hours in the garden watching them and pretending they were my friends. I didn't even watch Disney movies growing up so I don't know where I got this delusion from. But I guess delusion is good, it makes you an artist haha
The reward of this month is Titled: Taking Off. Thank you so much for everyone who voted! I wanted to send this so badly to you guys! The idea of this illustration came to me as I was drifting to sleep, and I had to get up and sketch it because I'd be devastated if I tried to remember it the next day but couldn't. Getting a clear image in my head rarely happens to me, but I really love it when it does; it makes the process flow so naturally. I really hope you guys enjoy this one and I hope it finds a cozy spot in your home!
