I have this terrible habit of comparing myself to others on social media, and it became overwhelming at one point, really messing with my sense of self worth. I spent this whole year working through that feeling. This illustration actually came from that space—a blend of admiration and at times, deep envy for those I admire.
lately, I’ve been learning to hold admiration for others without diminishing myself. I’ve also realized that envy can be a compass, pointing me toward what I truly long to pursue, but haven't allowed myself to follow. Also also social media bad, touching grass good.
