mind, heart, body - behind the scenes
Added 2024-07-22 11:33:20 +0000 UTCOriginally I wanted to make a series of 3 portraits with some cool lighting, but the process was painfully boring. Then I decided to just be honest and draw what has been on my mind, heart, and body. The predominant feeling as I was creating them was that I wish I would be magically "fixed", but I guess that's not how humans work :/ My artsy goal was to create a unified style that works both digitally and in my sketchbook. So I think I might have finally got it? yay? Let's hope I don't get bored of it in 3 months. You can see the stages the illustrations went through in the pics.
I often go through phases where making art comes naturally to me and phases where I have to drag myself out of bed to just exist and keep going. So I deeply appreciate your support and belief in what I make, it helps me believe in it too.
