Video conversion fixes (and some others)

Thanks for another month of patronage! Keeping up with the monthly updates, here is this month's.
The InflateVids 2.0 launch could have gone smoother, but currently it isn't too bad. Some fixes will be going out somewhere this week which includes the big video conversion fixes. New videos should now all be able to be played on Firefox after this update, and the website won't throttle anymore when processing videos(tm). This is because I yeeted that load onto another server.
Other small fixes: pop filters now properly applied again, the nudity radio buttons actually now mark/filter correctly (but please still use the categories) and the video player size is fixed. Higher then 480p def videos now actually make sense watching again.

Oh btw, these are all live on beta already! Obviously some issues might still arise, but in case you wanna check it out it is on there.
