A small note about the July

Some of you may have noticed that I wasn't around for a while. This is even more visible as there was no new maps release on July. Well I feel I owe you some explanation on this and to be honest it will require to touch my private life. Last couple of months my dad's condition get worsen as he had been ill for a couple of years. Two weeks ago he passed away.
He was an artist, photographer, cartoon animator (There is some continuation maybe in my animated maps :) ) but most of all he was the best dad.
I'm getting back to normal and I'm getting better every day. I also consider the fact I decided to write it here, as a sign of coming back to normal and to my usual daily activities. Soon I'll reply to all your questions, face and help on your technical difficulties. Most of all I'm getting back to creating the maps
I would like to thank all of you who expressed a compassion and condolences on our discord. I'm really happy we've created a small community with such a big hearts.

You make maps when it’s the right time for YOU. That is what’s important. Your loved ones are always with you. But it will take time to get passed what has happened …and as others have said take whatever time you need.

2023-08-07 22:12:10 +0000 UTCTake all the time you need and don't be worried if it hits you again after a few months. Sometimes these things lessen quickly while we have activities to do as a result and then when there's a lull can snap back hard. We'll be here when you are able to return. Remember we are your supporters not just your customers so it's not just about what is produced. Don't feel bad taking breaks to figure things out.
