Silver Cow Patron Update #13
Added 2016-05-25 00:05:50 +0000 UTCHi Silver Cow Patrons,
Wow, it's already update time! We've been so busy lately here with all the buzz around Time Tenshi 2, so we want to take a moment to bring you guys up to speed!
As you probably already know, Time Tenshi 2 is now live on Steam Greenlight and open for voting! You can check it out, along with the official trailer, right here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=688160598
As we write this, Time Tenshi 2 is already at #65 out of over 2,400 entries on Steam Greenlight! Thanks to you guys and your awesome support for this incredible response so far!
You might have noticed that there are two new girls this time - here's a bit more info on each one!
Tessa is the Time Tenshi's new recruit - she's a tomboyish former cheerleader with a pretty hot temper! She's good at martial arts and likes her coffee, and is called in to replace Michelle, who was involved in a terrible accident at the end of the first game.
If there's one thing Tessa hates, it's being called "cute"! Why doesn't she like that? You'll have to wait and see ;)
Meanwhile, the mysterious Egyptian-looking girl is called Princess Neferu-re! It would be a spoiler if we told you much more about her, but needless to say she has some tricks up her sleeve... and she's possibly the strongest character to have appeared in the series so far! Better watch out!
On the side of development, things have been going great and almost all of the story has been coded in. There's just the rest of one choice route left for us to complete.
We also need to finish up some backgrounds and CGs, as well as the game's interface and sound effects, but although that sounds like a lot, everything's moving ahead fast and we're well on schedule for a release soon after the game is Greenlit, which we're hoping will be in June. You'll be seeing the girls very soon!
And now for some news about our other new visual novel, about girls aboard a battleship! Almost all of the game's CGs and sprites have been completed by our artists now, as well as most of the backgrounds, and the first stages of coding have been started by our team.
It's going to be a light-hearted, fun and ecchi romp over the seas, with adventure and legendary beast-hunting mixed in! We're sure you'll love it - we do - and as always you'll be the first to hear the news here on Patreon!
Just to give you a little extra teaser, we mentioned last time that Captain Katsu's main rival is the pirate captain Zoe... well, Zoe also has a pirate "lackey"! Yuzuki is her name, and she doesn't appear much in the story, but her lovably bumbling personality helps her to stand out despite her side role status.
And although s-s-s-she s-s-s-peaks with a s-s-s-stutter, she's still a pretty capable pirate despite these shortcomings!
And finally, just a quick update on B- oooops! We nearly said the name, didn't we?
Anyway, our super-secret project in the works is also progressing nicely! The most recent coding work really fleshed out a lot more of the game's mechanics, and now it's definitely taking shape. The next step will be to start taking care of the interface and GUI side of things, as well as adding in some super-sexy artwork!
Well, that's all for today's update - come back soon to hear the latest Silver Cow news, and Patrons supporting us at the $10.00 level or above can expect a new preview sketch for Time Tenshi 2 tomorrow!
Thanks as always for your support,
- Silver Cow Studio

super-secret project, hmmm....I can only guess what it might be....or maybe i already know :P
2016-07-01 00:45:02 +0000 UTCHi Milkmaned, Greenlight is a part of Steam that allows developers like us to post games and give the community a chance to vote for them. So for Time Tenshi 2, if we get enough "Yes" votes then it will be approved. As we said in today's post, we're well on our way towards that, and once it's approved then the game can be published on Steam! Right now, we're hoping for a release in mid-June, so stay tuned! - Silver Cow Studio
