Concept Art #4: Battle time!

It's time for the first Concept Art of 2016!
In this one we'll be checking out the first battle CG of Time Tenshi, which features Mizuki and Bunni squaring off against Rose and Kyo.
A lot of things happen in this scene, so there are details to spot like Kyo's whip and tea tray, Mizuki's and Rose's unsheathed swords, etc.
As you'll be able to see, this one went through a couple of revisions before making it to the coloured phase. Since Mizuki is shorter than the other girls, we asked the artist to reduce her height a little. And Kyo's early pose was modified so that she holds both of her maidly fighting weapons in the final illustration, instead of just the single stretched whip you can see in the first draft.
We like how the CG turned out, and we think it really lends an impression of a big fight about to break out between these armed and dangerous girls! (Well, "legged" and dangerous in the case of Bunni!)
