Hey Steve! So the symbols on the wall are all Norse and Pagan charms. Mostly for protection from what we can see. A couple of them are the triple moon symbol of Hecate. The blue cloths with wheel-like patterns are Norse. One of them is called The Helm of Awe; protection for safe travel. The smaller ones are Norse runes. All in all nothing to be concerned about.

So glad, finally watched this episode. The introduction to these episodes is stunning professional poetic. Great scoring too, just right volume level. I had to watch this episode a few times before I understood your intention. You placed yourself more fully into Melissa's POV. Interviewing her through the phone yielded some distance I wasn't connecting to as quickly. Still, the quality of film is refined gorgeous, liquid, tonally deep blue. Ah, then you splice into a visual punctuation mark. So beautiful and fulfilling. At 9:24 you slip into noir for a few seconds. Black and white, smoke. What was the light? The light of mourning? An abstraction? Yes, I like. The sound of the magnetic field spikes jolt us back into immediacy with you. I will always admire the dialogue you hold with the spirits, generous. I look forward to witnessing how you continuously break new ground. What soliloquy of a grave will be unearthed next? You're killing it.
