As of Ch 216, how do you feel about Amber?
(IMPORTANT: Do not vote on this poll if you have read Ch 218 - different poll for that.)
NOTE: It's perfectly fine if you don't like her. It is not a requirement that she be liked or disliked either way. However, I am curious to see if I can change initial opinions.
I will run a new poll in a few chapters (after certain information is uncovered), to see if anyone's opinions have changed (perhaps one person might go from 'mildly interested' to 'extremely interested' and perhaps someone else will go from 'disinterested' to 'extremely disinterested' - it will be interesting to find out, based on what we learn about her).
If your opinion doesn't change, that is perfectly fine (but please vote in both polls).
This will be very useful/insightful for me, in order to determine how much 'first impressions' ultimately matter, so feel free to be honest.
(This is a poll I 'should' have done on Rebecca a long time ago, since I know there are some who don't like her mostly due to not liking her first impression, but I don't know how much of an impact that has actually had.)

2025-12-22 05:34:41 +0000 UTCMy feelings towards Amber are similar to how i feel about some of the other, newer women; namely, i have a sense of "fatigue" or "burnout" when it comes to new women, specifically those who have become part of the harem. Dont get me wrong, as the story has expanded it has been necessary. With Kais world becoming so much bigger, it was inevitable that he would interact with a whole host of different people and fall for some of them, whether theyre completely new to him like Vivian and Amber, or women from his past such as Brooke and Petra. However, i feel like at this point in the story, it would be nice for him to focus on the more "important" women in his life, which is something you have mentioned in previous posts. Of course im sure he'll still meet an array of both allies and enemies as the story continues to progress, but i feel, in regards to the 'allies' in particular, that it would be nice if Kai simply viewed them as such, without feeling the need/want to add them to his harem. Now, concerning Amber in terms of the overall plot and whether she is truly friend or foe, that is something that im very intrigued in and im looking forward to finding out more. Also, ive still enjoyed the scenes involving Amber and Miriam in particular, as theyve helped to reveal more about Miriams past and who she was/how she lived before meeting Kai. So i guess to try to sum up, in terms of her relevance to the current plot, her past in general but also specifically regarding her history with Kai and the fact that she can also help to shed some light on Miriams past, im interested; however, in regards to her being a part of Kais harem and that aspect of the story, im a bit more apathetic.

I know he is supposed to be an incubus and the story is an erotic story but im starting to fall off and skip so much of reading because im more interested in the plot development than the sex scenes. I would rather have the sex scenes expand plot (forcing a werewolf/vampire to submit so your the alpha, new succubus, to get someone pregnant, getting energy before a battle, or some spell) then just have everyone get horney and then sex scene which takes up most of if not the whole chapter.
