This means if anyone know of him as unrecognizable then they now know he is Kai! I feel like that was a huge mistake. Knowing Eve was involved, I wonder if she is the one that teleported able away to keep Kai from killing his father and starting a war.... But I didn't realize on top of being a vampire, she was also a witch! It must be her! OK now to read others comments and the questions lol. Just had to get this off my chest immediately.

Although im interested in kai giving vivian his blood, since youve indicated previously he wouldnt be getting any more harem members/lovers, yet recieving his blood/power would potentially indicate the opposite; just curious where she'll fit in and how much of a role she'll have in the story, especially since she might have a connection to raegan. I liked the little inclusion of delilah and liz/bethel getting horny from his power display, fits the characters nicely and brings a little levity to the tense situation. Nicole getting a sire bond is cool, from what youve written recently it seems like shes going to be more of a "concubine" level character so having her have a more personal bond with kai works. Kais father being alive opens up a ton of future plotlines so i think that was a good choice instead of him simply being dead and done in the story. Looking forward i'd like to see kai using a wider array of magic/abilities and perhaps struggling to use his power without giving into his anger/wrath, instead of him simply getting mad to use his spells and being as generally OP as he is. I also love anything that expands the supernatural lore/world around kai. As far as characters, someone who i feel has really taken a backseat since the beginning of the story is Gabriella, so im hopeful she'll get more opportunities to shine and showcase her unique character/personality; also how integral she is to kai, she is after all his first fiance/lover and the one who showed him he wasnt alone in the world or a monster. Finally i believe "Matthew simply nodded urgently, not responding as I let the blue fireflies die out." should be ezra?
