NOTE: I don’t like to give out spoilers, but you guys already knew a ‘memory’ was coming, so I’ll just say that it is a very unpleasant one. But it also fits in perfectly with the narrative at this point.
There is also a fun scene with Rosa (prior to the memory).
After this chapter, we will be moving into a new arc of plot.

FEEDBACK: Thoughts?
As the phone call implies, there will be some stuff going on in the next chapter that will result in a new arc of plot.
It is not something that will seem 'contrived' (I hope), and there is actually some foreshadowing that has already happened, going back at least 20 chapters. Technically, there's a few snippets of foreshadowing going back even further than that. If anything, it will probably have you guys scratching your heads trying to figure out what's going on and what clues you've missed (again, 'I hope,' lol).
Anyway, thoughts on this chapter? (Rosa's scene, the memory, 'Kelsey and the aftermath,' etc.)

Dam Rosa got cheated that started off very off, and dam my man that shit got emotional, and all I kept thinking was Kelsey needs to wake up now and somehow someway Rachael needs to be there also, remember she's his confidence to keep going. But I'm nervous about this phone call...... We shall see.

2024-10-16 18:56:32 +0000 UTCYou know, I've really been kind of cogitating this chapter, and I feel like the inclusion of Kelsey into THE BOND(lol) holds way more weight and importance than has been shown. I feel like she is a super integral piece of Kai's plan in ways that are not immediately obvious, and that she just elevated all of them (by joining the Bond) to a completely new level of power and interconnectedness. I feel like they just made a quantum leap and don't realize it yet, because something is up with Kelsey if she is more powerful than an angel, imo. I dunno, maybe I'm talking out my ass on that, but she feels pivotal in some way. Anyway.....awesome chapter. Thank you, Chief!!! Can't wait to see where the new plot arc twists to

2024-10-16 18:54:42 +0000 UTCGreat Chapter, I hope that Kelsey and this new closer bond is used beyond Kai for intimacy with Elizabeth, Natalie, Miriam etc. And for the pace the only thing I would say I wish would pick up in both your stories is for pregnancies because of how long it would take in the story for them to have babies unless you did a time jump.

2024-10-14 09:13:21 +0000 UTCGoing to guess the new arc may have something to do with the Elder Incubi discovering the death (or not) of his father and their attempts at retribution. I am intrigued by Kelsey's purpose to be honest. As a plot point I can see the role she serves as a failsafe, and is to all intents and purposes a sound judgement to have created, but having a being so powerful that they can lock Kai away, mentally at least, is what is mostly what I find interesting. Mainly since... why introduce such a failsafe unless at some point it is planned to be used?? While she is undoubtedly loyal to him, and I expect would only be used in her main role in an extreme emergency.. who is to say how extreme is 'that' extreme to need it? A case of who watches the watchers kind of thing. Rosa once again kind of gets overshadowed, she has had so few intimate moments to this extent in the story so far, and once again her moment gets interrupted by the memory. I understand the memory is important but I feel it ruined what could have been a special moment for them and possibly Rosa's first time of actually 'letting go' of her usual timid, shy demeanour. With regards to the poll you made an episode or two ago. I enjoy both the sexual scenes and the plot, it was difficult to make a choice which actually reflected my thoughts on it though. The story is well written and thought out, the world building and plot is good, and really that is the backbone of any story, without it you have characters you don't care about, actions that have no consequences of note and so on. It should always be the important thing. I find myself wanting to know more and find out more about each of the characters and the world they live in. The sexual scenes are a bonus and enjoyable, and I do enjoy them, however I do struggle to see how they will all fit in. Kai has what, 15/16? in his harem now, and I struggle to see how they will all get... I want to say screen time, but that is obviously a different kind of media. There are already times, even with the divide of 'wives and concubines', where it can be chapters and chapters between a specific girl getting her time. I shall end on this note. Please do not take any comment I have made to heart or as an indication I do not enjoy the story and how it has been written. I DO enjoy it very much and is one of the best reads I have seen in a very long time. It always keeps me wanting to come back, and I find myself checking for new chapter releases every few days even though I KNOW there won't be one.. I still check because I NEED to see what happens next and look forward to each release when it finally arrives.
