I am a bit confused on how it can be that Raegan is a 2nd or 3rd gen succubus with the very limited fertility cycle succubi have. There are probably a lot of good possibilities, but I have 2 theories. The first (and probably least disturbing) is the reign of that demonic abomination that enslaved Delilah and Miriam didn't last a year or two, but several. Meaning all of the incubi and succubi were not all created over months and weeks, but possibly over decades. So, if Raegan's Mom was one of the first succubi to be cursed, it is very likely her menstrual cycle could have started as many as twenty or thirty years before Miriam's. The other theory, which is in some ways a lot more horrifying, is that someone or something captured Raegan's Mom and through torture and experimentation induced a pregnancy well before it would have occurred naturally.

I think spending a day or two with Michelle and the Blood Magus Trio (Avery, Rosa and Natalie) will set her straight on Kai's intentions. I feel like all of them except Avery should be spending school hours together since none of them have jobs and Raegan obviously needs to spend time around others who legitimately good people who are willing to be a part of her life. ....

To me Kai is still in transition from memories of past lives and his "simple" current one...taking care of others like Avery, Claire, and others shows his honorable side vs controlling sex demon side. And this say in story only half over....can't wait to see your plans and plot regarding Rachel.
