Social Battery

A little quirk where you can display your social battery to everyone.

Battery instructions on how to install.
1) Import Avatar 3.0 Manager
2) Import the unity package.
3) Drag Battery package into higharchy.
4) Move the Battery asset in the higharcy to the head bone
5) Merge the paramaters and fx into the avatars FX and Params.
6) Add the menu to avatars menu

Fixed the toggle for bolt from button to toggle, Battery name to charge and from button to radial in the menu. Removed empty parameter
