I’d intended for this to be a two parter, but decided that it actually worked better as a feature-length video. It’s a long one, but I’m really proud of it. I think it might be my most polished video yet.

I was actually a little surprised that you didn't mention Joe Gage, or his classic trilogy, which were pretty influential when I came out in 1980 - of course, this is probably a regional thing. I was impressed by the way you handled the plague years. Given the arguments, passions, and anger that erupted around porn, bath houses, and sex in general in those year, that alone could have been a 2 hour documentary. You did a great job of just distilling most of it into an essential narrative within the documentary. I also think there's a lot more to be said about Internet porn and how it changed gay culture and gay idenity, but that's certainly out of scope for this piece. Congratulations. Amazing work.
